"The
OAAS, in my opinion, is a unique institution, unparalleled
in any Western country. It aims to bridge the differences
in academic study between the East and the West. The
staff at the OAAS have wide experience in many academic
fields. They have the ability to understand the educational
and intellectual background of Arab students and are
skilled in motivating them and helping them to live
and work in positive harmony within the Western community."

"I
am glad to have had the opportunity to join the Oxford
Academy for Advanced Studies. I feel that I am in
safe hands. People here are very helpful: Dr. Saeh,
Prof. Bell, Dr. Gilmore, Dr. Asaad. They give us plenty
of assistance, which saves us time. They even help
us to choose our supervisors. We have recently finished
a summer course that was very informative and interesting.
We attended lectures on writing up our research, research
management, statistical analysis, computer skills,
etc. I have to say that we are very lucky students
and I would recommend to other students to join us
here at the Oxford Academy for Advanced Studies."
