Travelling to the University of Limerick:

Shannon Airport (www.shannon-airport.ie) is the most convenient International airport for the University of Limerick. It is located 20km West from Limerick City. Bus, Tax and Car Hire services are available from the airport. Taxis from Shannon Airport cost on average €25 - €31.

Visitors arriving at Dublin Airport can take a train or a bus (www.cie.ie) to Limerick. There is a connecting bus between Dublin Airport and Heuston railway station. Travel time from Dublin to Limerick is 2.5 - 3 hours.

Taxis are available from Limerick Train Station to the University and cost on average €6.
