University College Cork, a world-class university, was founded in 1845 and combines a rich tradition of teaching, research and scholarship.

Applications
Undergraduate applicants:

Student apply using an online system.   All documents must be official and certified translations for all foreign language documents are required. 

Documents required to apply are:
  • School Leaving Examination Certificate or High School Transcript including forecast results if available
  • English language Proficiency Certificate for applicants whose first language is not English
  • Birth Certificate or Photo Page of Passport
  • Two Academic References
  • A 500 word statement on why applicant wants to study at UCC
  • Admissions Test Scores SAT or ACT for US applicants
Postgraduate applicants:

Student apply using an online system.   All documents must be official  and certified translations for all foreign language documents are required. 
Documents required to apply are:
  • Academic Transcript from Home University including final  degree results if available
  • University grading scale
  • Proof of award of degree
  • English language Proficiency Certificate for applicants whose first language is not English
  • Birth Certificate or Photo Page of Passport
  • Two Academic References
  • Curriculum Vitae or Resumé
UCC uses a rolling admissions system but recommends that students submit their applications as early as possible, but no later than 31st of May for undergraduate applications and 15th of June for postgraduate applications.
